Thanks for posting Amanda Gorman's tribute! I have Renee Good's poem on my fridge. It is wonderful to me, who loved being a student too, and moved past bibles, and keep them both years later.
“Cavilings” means petty complaints or nitpicky objections. Think small arguments that miss the bigger picture. Don't see that word too often nowadays!
